Cluster Human Resources Administrator
Location
Radisson Blu, Paddy Harte Road. This role involves supporting HR functions across Radisson Blu Hotel, Letterkenny and Harvey's Point Hotel.
Role and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the HR departments across both hotels
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding
Prepare contracts, letters, and HR documentation
Support payroll administration and employee queries
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR projects
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative role, or a strong interest in developing a career in HR
Currently studying HR, or a related field (or recently graduated) – an advantage but not essential
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and people skills, with a friendly and professional approach
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised in a busy environment
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to travel between Donegal Town and Letterkenny as required
