Job Description:
Windward Purchasing is looking for an Onboarding & Procurement Support Officer to play a critical role in guiding new hotel clients through the entire onboarding journey to Windward’s procurement services. You will act as the client’s trusted advisor, monitor their progress, identify opportunities for optimisation, analyze purchasing / consumption data, and proactively propose value‑adds. This role may require occasional travel to client hotel sites for onsite training or workshops.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding – Serve as the primary point‑of‑contact from contract signing through “go‑live,” work hand‑in‑hand with Business Development and liaise with all functions in the business.
Develop and execute onboarding plans, coordinate cross‑functional resources, and assist clients with setup of the procurement platform (Access Procure Wizard).
Conduct kick‑off sessions, training workshops, monitor client progress, and ensure milestones are met.
Maintain data integrity, help clients upload / migrate purchasing history, and liaise with supplier teams to validate contracts and pricing.
Client Success & Retention – Maintain a portfolio of onboarded clients, engage in regular check‑ins, monitor platform usage, and build value cases for upsell.
Selling renewal conversations, capturing best practices, and presenting findings to client management.
Purchasing / Consumption Analysis – Use procurement / transaction data to generate reports, analyze consumption patterns, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
Process Improvement – Capture feedback, refine onboarding and success processes, collaborate on workflows, and contribute to customer enablement assets.
Stay current on hospitality procurement trends and supply‑chain challenges.
About The Role
This role requires strong project management, quantitative / analytical skills, a customer‑centric mindset, and problem‑solving ability. Experience with client onboarding, success, or implementation in a B2B / SaaS context is essential.

Experience in client onboarding, client success, account management or implementation roles.
Strong project management skills – able to manage multiple clients and cross‑functional dependencies.
Quantitative / analytical skills – comfortable with procurement or financial data, spreadsheets, dashboards.
Customer‑centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Problem solver who anticipates roadblocks, escalates appropriately, and removes barriers.
Desirable / Preferred
Experience or understanding of hospitality / hotel operations, F&B procurement, supply chain.
Experience working with procurement / e‑Procurement systems or platforms.
Familiarity with procurement analytics, cost benchmarking, category management.
Exposure to supplier negotiation, contract terms, or vendor management.
Experience with change management or adoption in clients.
Hotel experience and knowledge of Procure Wizard – full training will be provided.
