Wexford Volkswagen are seeking a motivated and customer focused Parts Specialist to join our busy team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate stock control, including receiving, checking and processing parts deliveries.
Managing parts orders, backorders, and returns efficiently.
Preparing and issuing parts to workshop technicians and retail customers.
Assisting aftersales customers both over the phone and in person.
Handling customer queries professionally and resolving issues promptly.
Ensuring the warehouse is organised, clean and compliant with H&S standards.
Completing general administrative duties.
Delivery runs (van provided).
The ideal candidate will have
Previous experience in customer service, warehouse or administration.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems would be an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good IT and organisational skills.
The ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
A proactive, team oriented approach.
Must have a full driving licence.
