    JOB DESCRIPTION Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports. Implementing new sales plans and advertising, identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends Ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with company products Anticipate and resolve potential problems / issues work with seasonal marketing budget Maintain comprehensive knowledge of and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standards Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities Perform other duties as and when assigned by Company JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, wholesale/retail packaging experience preferred Preferably with experience in wholesale/retail packaging and good knowledge in Wholesale trade products (fruits & vegetables) distributions through various channels 2A/2B/Class 3 compulsory. Preferably possess own transport. (Required to travel from time to time) Willing to do rotating shift work and able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing. Must be willing to work on weekends/PH. (Strictly off on week days) Field work required. Need to do delivery if driver is off / medical leave or urgency of goods when required Preferably bilingual to liaise with Indian speaking suppliers and vendors in view of working/business environment communication Must have knowledge to control storage room temperatures for fruits and vegetables. Proactive person who has positive attitude and responsible for sales targets Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strive towards meeting/exceeding sales goals and monthly sales target Customer-focused, with excellent written and verbal communication, networking and negotiation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
