Role Overview: The Senior HR Business Partner, Revenue (HRBP) plays a pivotal role in our high-growth environment, acting as a key driver of company culture and employee engagement. The HRBP will partner with our revenue leadership team to align HR strategies with business goals, fostering a collaborative and thriving work environment. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who is passionate about people and culture, and who can navigate the challenges of a scaling company. This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 3 days onsite each week. Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership: Collaborate and build partnerships with managers in our revenue business. Work closely with them to build high-performing teams and align HR strategies with current and future business objectives. Coach and Advisor: Be a trusted advisor and provide advice and coaching that is commercial and pragmatic. Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and providing coaching and feedback to managers and employees. Talent Management: Lead initiatives related to talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning. Training and Development: Identify training needs and partner with internal and external resources to deliver relevant training programs. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations issues. Ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures, focusing on high employee engagement and aligning with our culture and values. HR Projects: Lead or participate in various people projects and initiatives including talent projects, employee engagement projects, and DEIB projects. Act as a culture carrier for our values and ensure our culture is retained within all of our people practices to help elevate the work of all of our employees. Analyse data to drive insights and meaningful discussions to improve business outcomes. Knowledge, skills and experience: A credible and confident HR professional with at least 4-5 years of experience operating as a people partner with revenue client groups in high growth, scaling, or late-stage tech companies. Ideally supported by CIPD Level 7 certification. Experience in building and embedding processes from scratch. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to develop creative approaches and solutions. Ability to build trusted and collaborative relationships with stakeholders. Proven ability to quickly develop a good understanding of business issues, commercial outcomes, and identify and deliver HR interventions and solutions to meet business needs. About the Talent Acquisition team The Talent Acquisition team at Wayflyer is a tight-knit group of five, split between London and Dublin. We’re a mix of recruiters, a coordinator, and a sourcer, working in a lean, agile setup where everyone pitches in and is used to wearing multiple hats. What you’ll do Full-Cycle Recruiting : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions (Product, Data, Design, Engineering) from briefing through to offer acceptance. What You'll Do Support our Global Revenue Organisation (GRO) teams, comprising of New Business Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships, with priority operational GTM needs Own the end-to-end infrastructure, processes, and workflows that govern the sales funnel, working closely with Sales Leadership and Performance Reporting to ensure operational metrics are in place to provide insight on Pipeline and high-quality Forecasting Ensure a continuously refreshing and growing Top of Funnel, extending TAM in line with ICP Continuously improve the refresh of Books of Business and Prospecting pools for outbound efforts using data and insights, and set workflows and guidance to maintain Domain Health and Deliverability Design and deliver how GRO uses data, processes, and technology (incl.
