    Overview We are currently seeking an Associate to join the Investment Funds practice. Walkers is currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, team‑orientated and motivated lawyer to join our highly regarded Asset Management and Investment Funds team in Dublin. Our practice is a recognised leader in its field and currently acts for many of the leading asset management firms globally. Our team is frequently involved in cutting edge cross‑border fund‑related transactions, often involving our colleagues across our 10 global offices. The successful candidate will join a dynamic, flexible, experienced and growing team of leading lawyers. You will be given the opportunity to work on a broad range of matters representing our global and Irish‑based clients. Duties & Responsibilities assist with the provision of: (i) advice on the structuring and establishment of Irish domiciled investment funds; (ii) on‑going advice to (a) Irish funds authorised as UCITS, RIAIFs, ELTIFs and QIAIFs; (b) management companies authorised as UCITS ManCos, AIFMs, Super ManCos and Mega ManCos (those with MiFID top‑ups); and (c) asset managers, fund promoters, fund service providers including investment managers and advisers; drafting and reviewing a wide range of documentation relevant to investment funds and their managers and negotiating agreements with service providers; managing assigned matters and liaising with other team members and colleagues within the Irish office and globally as needed; creating and maintaining relationships with client and industry contacts; assisting with legal and regulatory development project management; assisting with the preparation of client advisories and updates and building your industry profile through their publication.
