You will need to be flexible in working days and times to accommodate to the working life of the people supported by the project. Salary:€34,000.00 per annum Contract Type:Part-Time/Fixed Term/Specific Purpose to December 2027 Job Purpose: The e-Learning & Training Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and supporting the development and delivery of online learning content, supporting people with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autism on their journey to work. This role ensures that WALKs Employability Through Technology project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the required quality standards while collaborating with industry designers, subject matter experts and technical teams. Key Responsibilities of the Job Role-specific responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the timeline, resources, and deliverables for the Employability Through Technology project. Communicate project updates to scheduled progress to key stakeholders and team members Coordinate content development by working with the Careers & Employment team and procuring and coordinating the services of expert design/subject matter contractors. Ensure consistency in course design, branding, and user experience across the organisations Learning Management System (LMS). Training and supports WALKs Careers & Employment and Day Supports staff to deliver the modules, when developed, will be key to the success of the project. Track and report on project performance, including timelines, budgets, and quality metrics. Troubleshoot minor technical or content related issues in the LMS Always uphold participant and organisational confidentiality Working with Others: Identify opportunities to develop skills, confidence and capacity that would support and help in peoples growth and life experiences. Collaborate and build good relationships with the Day Services staff and the people supported by the organisation. Work independently and as part of the Careers & Employment team.
