What Youll Be Doing Processing pension, investment & protection business submitted by financial advisory team. Keying new applications on life company portals. Managing pipeline cases from submission through to completion, ensuring timelines are met and issues resolved proactively Supporting compliance and operational processes with a focus on quality, consistency and confidentiality Acting as a key point of contact for client and advisor queries, with a focus on clarity, professionalism and service Continuously improving internal processes and supporting projects that enhance how we do business What You Bring Ideally 2 years experience in financial services industry with experience working with either pension or protection products. Working towards or has completed QFA.
