This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while strictly adhering to the companys Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality protocols. For large, multi-sectional, or highly complex projects, the Site Manager may work as part of a broader team on-site. They may also serve as the senior leader, taking full responsibility for the overall management and successful delivery of multiple sites. Key Activities Develop detailed project schedules and work plans, allocating resources and assigning tasks to personnel and subcontractors. Oversee daily site operations to ensure work progresses according to schedule and quality requirements. Monitor and evaluate the performance of site staff and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct regular site inspections, and address non-compliance issues. Review and inspect work to ensure adherence to design specifications and resolve quality issues promptly. Manage the procurement and efficient use of materials, equipment, and labour while tracking inventory levels. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders, providing regular progress updates. Monitor project expenses to ensure they remain within the allocated budget and manage cost variations.
