Business Overview
This role supports a growing wellbeing-focused business offering science-backed experiences in the northwest of Ireland, specialising in yoga, sauna, and nervous system-focused practices. The approach combines professional expertise with accessible, grounded wellbeing solutions.
Alongside this, the role also supports a volunteer-led charity that provides individuals in mental health recovery with access to life-enhancing activities through a structured voucher system.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management (6 hours per week)
Work from a pre-planned content schedule within Trello
Create and prepare content using Canva (templates and image bank provided)
Draft captions using existing content, notes, and GPT-supported material
Upload and organise content clearly within Trello for review
Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms
Maintain consistency in brand tone, style, and visual identity
Administrative Support – Charity Voucher System (2 hours per week)
Respond to email enquiries relating to voucher requests
Accurately maintain and update Excel tracking sheets
Manage and update relevant Trello boards
Process and manage Google Drive and voucher request forms
Ensure all records are organised, up to date, and easy to track
What a Successful Week Looks Like
2–3 social media posts prepared, reviewed, and scheduled
Content clearly organised in Trello for review and future planning
All charity-related email enquiries responded to promptly and professionally
Excel tracker, Trello boards, and Google Forms fully aligned and up to date
Clear, proactive communication and timely completion of all tasks
Skills and Requirements
Native or fluent English speaker (essential)
Strong Canva skills (including templates and basic reels/video)
Comfortable using Trello, Google Drive, and Excel
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow processes and maintain consistency
Reliable and responsive communicator
Preferred (Not Essential)
Interest in or familiarity with wellbeing, yoga, or community-based work
8 hours per week
Structured as 2 × 4-hour working days (Tuesday and Thursday)
Flexibility within these working blocks
Fully remote role (Ireland-based candidates only)
