The Opportunity
Viecura is hiring a Key Account Manager to become the face of Viecura to our most important EMEA customers. This is a high-impact, externally facing role where you will become an integral part of our European growth initiatives. You will build and own relationships with global healthcare partners – communicating daily, ensuring positive outcomes, and delivering with confidence.
You will act as a true extension of our customers’ business – identifying opportunities for growth, solving challenges, and helping them get the most from our product portfolio. Working cross‑functionally with our manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams, you will play a central role in delivering the consistency, reliability, and performance our customers depend on. This is a position with real ownership, visibility, and impact.

What you’ll be doing
Own key international customer relationships, becoming their trusted day‑to‑day partner and assessing opportunities to help grow and improve their business with Viecura.
Communicate constantly and clearly, especially through high‑quality, professional written communication.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring we anticipate and solve challenges before they happen.
Identify gaps in customer portfolios and uncover opportunities to strengthen their offering.
Understand customer pain points and work cross‑functionally to deliver solutions.
Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure flawless execution.
Lead business reviews, reporting, and ongoing performance conversations. Your goal is to operate at a level where customers see you not as a supplier but an important part of their team.
