About the Role
We’re seeking a senior, revenue-facing marketing leader responsible for driving pipeline and growth across multiple highly regulated global verticals, while directly leading the Healthcare vertical. This role will operate as the Head of Marketing for the business, responsible for building and scaling a commercially effective marketing function. A player-coach role — you will set strategy while remaining close to execution, particularly in early-stage campaign development and sales alignment. This is not a brand or communications role. It is a commercial leadership role with clear accountability for pipeline creation, conversion, and growth. We are scaling across multiple regulated markets globally, as we grow, we need a senior marketing leader who can:
bring consistency and focus across our marketing function around how we generate pipeline across verticals globally
ensure marketing is a true commercial growth driver across the business
Responsibilities
Own the overall marketing strategy and execution across all verticals
Define and prioritise growth opportunities across markets and segments
Build a focused, high-impact marketing roadmap aligned to revenue goals
Ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and campaign effectiveness across verticals
Work closely with leadership to align marketing with company growth strategy
Manage and optimise internal and external marketing resources
Campaign & Thought Leadership Strategy
Develop quarterly campaign themes across the breadth of verticals
Produce practical thought leadership that BDRs and AEs can actively use
Replicate successful campaign models to other regulated verticals
Identify cross-vertical opportunities and shared growth levers
Build repeatable GTM playbooks that can scale across sectors
Accountable for marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline & revenue targets
Improve conversion rates across key funnel stages
Marketing Return on Investment
Ensure efficient use of internal and external resources and strategy and execution
Build a scalable marketing capability over time
Define and continuously refine the core commercial narratives used by Sales, ensuring messaging is grounded in real buyer pain and regulatory context
Equip BDRs and AEs with practical, high-impact tools (pitch decks, product collateral, objection handling, proof points) that are actively used in live conversations
Improve outbound effectiveness by working closely with Sales to increase engagement, meeting quality, and conversion rates
Support deal progression by strengthening value articulation and addressing where opportunities stall across the funnel
Establish tight feedback loops with Sales to continuously refine messaging, campaigns, and positioning based on real market response
Qualifications
8–12+ years B2B SaaS or HealthTech marketing experience
Experience supporting outbound-led sales teams
Exposure to regulated healthcare environments
Experience operating at senior leadership level
Experience building or scaling marketing functions
Strong campaign design and execution experience
Comfortable working directly with Sales on a weekly basis
Commercial mindset with a clear understanding of pipeline and revenue
Required Skills

US healthcare market experience
