    Associate / Technical Director (Civil / Structural) | Dublin We are currently supporting a respected and fast-growing consultancy in the appointment of a Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer to take on the role of Associate / Technical Director, acting as the Technical Lead for their newly established Dublin office (Dublin 2). Your new role as Associate / Technical Director (Civil / Structural) As a key member of the leadership team, you will take a central role in shaping the technical direction of the Dublin office. This includes leading the delivery of major civil and structural projects, overseeing engineering quality, and providing mentorship to engineers and technical staff. You will work closely with senior leadership, contributing to strategic planning, technical governance, and the development of internal capabilities, while also playing an active role in building client relationships and securing new work. What you will need to succeed as Associate / Technical Director (Civil / Structural) Chartered Engineer (Civil or Structural) with a minimum of 10 years' experience in consultancy-led design environments. Strong technical background in rail infrastructure or heavy civils projects, such as railway structures, platform and station upgrades, bridges, retaining walls, culverts, and associated infrastructure. Proven experience in leading the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary transportation or infrastructure projects. A solid understanding of design standards and regulations relevant to rail and heavy civil engineering in Ireland and the UK. Confidence in overseeing project delivery from concept through to construction, including team leadership and client engagement.
