    Overview Veolia Water Technologies Ireland seeks candidates to join as a Resourcer, providing complete water treatment solutions. Key Responsibilities & Tasks Sales Activities: Support the Service Business Team by generating responses to customer sales enquiries. Support the preparation and review of weekly and monthly sales figures. Support the new laboratory sales by generating quotations, managing documentation, and weekly sales figures. Order new lab equipment and consumables, liaise with clients and schedulers for installation dates and invoicing. Take full ownership of Sales Order Processing. Quotations: Process and issue accurate quotations for Spare Parts, Consumables and Service Labour for Laboratory and Industrial applications; follow up quotations until close out; own the quotation process and monitor progress. Identify issues and implement improvements to drive revenue growth and performance. Customer Accounts Management: Maintain regular contact with customer accounts to capture Spare Parts, Consumables, and Service Labour; resolve commercial queries; Installed Base analysis to identify opportunities. Support: Provide back-up support to the internal sales department during periods of absence. Administrative Duties: Carry out administrative duties to support the internal sales function; participate in campaigns and stock checks; update training files and client portals; ordering workwear and tool kits.     Job Description The Marketing Assistant will support the planning and execution of local and sector-specific marketing initiatives when required, with a primary focus on the Irish market. This role will assist in updating and optimising local website content, developing locally relevant campaigns and creating team- and market-focused content across digital channels. The position will also support European campaign localisation efforts. The role requires strong attention to detail, creative thinking and a hands‑paced approach to content execution, lead nurturing and reporting. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast‑paced B2B marketing environment within a global sustainability‑focused organisation. Main Duties and Responsibilities Campaign Planning and Execution Support the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to the Irish market, in collaboration with the Inbound Marketing Manager and local commercial team across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events. Participate in the creation of marketing collateral, content, and visuals that resonate with the target audience and align with the brand’s messaging. Lead Nurturing & Queue Management Assist in the follow‑up and tracking of marketing‑generated leads through the pipeline, working with the sales team to ensure timely follow‑up. Support the development and execution of lead‑nurturing activities such as tailored email follow‑ups and retargeting. Digital Marketing Support the optimisation of digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, online advertising, SEO, and email marketing. Assist with creating and uploading new content (blog posts, landing pages, images, videos, etc.). Help identify opportunities for improving UX. Event Coordination Support Assist with the planning and promotion of local events and trade shows, including logistics, signage, and on‑site materials. Implement event lead capture strategy – collect lead information via established processes. Train booth staff to ensure the team understands the importance of lead capture and is prepared to engage with attendees. Use technology to capture leads digitally, reducing manual data entry and potential errors. Collate and analyse event metrics, such as attendance rates, engagement levels, and lead generation, to measure ROI. Support post‑event reporting, summarising KPIs, successes, challenges and recommendations. Content Creation Contribute to the creation of engaging and relevant content for marketing materials, blogs, social media posts, and email campaigns. Support the design of marketing assets using tools such as Canva, ensuring brand consistency. Capture and organise content (photo and video) as per Document Control processes for use in local and sector‑specific campaigns. Relationship Building Liaise with all sales managers across the business as and when needed. Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to enhance brand visibility and reach. Analytics and Reporting Support campaign and channel performance tracking using platforms such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Ads and Beyable. Assist in preparing reports on marketing activity performance (website performance, content engagement and lead metrics). Budget Management Assist in developing and managing marketing budgets for campaigns and initiatives. Ensure expenses stay within allocated budgets and report any deviations. Support budget tracking by recording and tracking marketing expenses and invoices, and resolve invoice queries. Raise and receipt POs to ensure swift payment for preferred suppliers. Customer Engagement Engage with customers and respond to inquiries on social media platforms, email and other channels. Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication. Brand Management Uphold the brand’s identity and guidelines in all marketing materials and communications. Ensure consistency in messaging across different touchpoints. Innovation and Learning Stay up‑to‑date with marketing trends, tools and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team. Seek continuous improvement and learning opportunities to enhance marketing strategies. Lead Generation Contribute to lead generation efforts by driving inbound inquiries and capturing customer data. Nurture leads through various touchpoints and channels to convert them into potential customers. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to marketing strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Arts & Humanities) (Master’s degree preferred), or relevant marketing / business experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to create and adapt content for digital platforms. Successful marketing event management requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks while working collaboratively across teams. Interest in sustainability/ecological transformation and a willingness to learn, with a keen eye for content and storytelling.
