Maintenance Planner Location: Clondalkin, Dublin 22 Duration: Permanent 39 hours per week Overview of the Role: The Utility Planner is responsible for the planning development and scheduling of all maintenance activities on Utilities equipment within scope in line with details in the site CMMS system, as well as any follow-up activities required. The Utility Planner will also review data trends after maintenance work is done and review any aspects of the maintenance activities that need changing to make the process more efficient. Day to Day of the Role: Development and planning of Maintenance programs in accordance with regulations, applicable safety considerations, EWI's and SOPs. Co-ordinate the activities of the Maintenance planning and scheduling within the utilities area to ensure full on-time compliance with maintenance and calibration intervals. Setting priorities, allocating resources, planning and scheduling the necessary preparatory work using the site CMMS while following established procedures. Maintenance of reports and inspections to satisfy, Statutory, Environmental and Safety requirements. Assist in the review and updating of operations and engineering related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Co-ordinate any call-out service contracts in line with PM schedules Support the trending and analyzing of performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of calibration and maintenance systems. Record spares usage using data taken from CMMS.
