The successful candidate will work on a wide scope of Water and Wastewater Treatment projects across the Island of Ireland. The successful candidate will work alongside the Project Manager in coordinating a multi‑disciplined team to include process, mechanical, civil, structural and electrical work associated with various Water and Wastewater Treatment projects across the Island of Ireland. The Site Engineer will have responsibility for assisting in the on‑site delivery and construction of water and wastewater treatment contracts from detailed design stage through to installation, testing and commissioning. The role involves collaborating with the Project Manager in the implementation of delivery documentation including technical submissions, managing sub‑contractor activities on site, ensuring regulatory Health & Safety compliance, overseeing installation works and coordinating construction activities. During the delivery stage the Site Engineer will liaise with design teams and suppliers, manage subcontractors, installation personnel and commissioning teams on site to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. The role ensures all equipment is delivered, installed, tested and ultimately commissioned in accordance with contractual requirements. Day to Day of the Role: Take ownership of delegated site activities and project issues. Ensure thorough knowledge and understanding of the contract for all assigned projects.
