The Director of Customer Success, EMEA is a strategic leader that focuses on value delivery with a customer-first mindset and drives retention and expansion. In this role you will ensure the success of Vectra's customers throughout the customer journey, help to develop the success strategy and act as the customer advocate with internal teams. To succeed in this role, you must be results-driven, customer focused, technologically savvy, and skilled at building internal and external partnerships! This strategic position can be based in: Dublin, Ireland; France, Germany or the UK . What You Will Do Manage and grow teams of Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers Develop success strategies to improve the customer experience and drive best-in-class retention Drive standardization of customer management cycles, and identify revenue growth opportunities Analyze customer telemetry to identify trends and value delivery opportunities Improve the customer experience throughout the value journey Develop feedback loops with the Product team Own customer escalations Build strong relationships with customers and internal leaders Deliver monthly reporting and analytics covering the Customer Success goals What You Need To Be Successful 10+ years of experience in customer facing roles with enterprise class software, at least 5 years in a Customer Success role 4+ years in a management role (direct reports), second line management experience preferable. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with people from different disciplines and varying degrees of technical experience, at all levels within the organization and with external customers. Networking and Cybersecurity experience is highly desired. A strong work ethic, exhibiting leadership by example. Excellent leadership and team management skills including the proven ability to recruit, mentor, and motivate. Ability to develop and manage business solutions for complex problems. Strong interpersonal and relationship skills with a willingness to develop open and honest professional relationships. Strong business writing skills. An analytical mind with the demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions. For more information, visit www.vectra.ai. The Role Join the forefront of applying machine learning and data modeling to advance cybersecurity. As a member of the Data Science team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the product by creating sophisticated models and production software. You'll collaborate with our Security Researchers, who specialize in cyber attack techniques, to develop these models and algorithms. This work forms the foundation of our customer's detection capabilities. What You Will Do Leverage large datasets to develop machine-learning and statistical models that can differentiate between normal and attack behavior. Own the prototyping, development, and testing of complex detection algorithms that implement these models and provide customers with real-time visibility. Analyze detection algorithm performance and present key findings to business leaders. Collaborate with Security Research, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering teammates.     About the Role The Vectra AI Platform PM team is a core team of empowered owners responsible for delivering key SaaS platform capabilities and a best-in-class experience for our customers. This team partners with other PMs, engineering and stakeholders to create and deliver a compelling roadmap. We’re looking for an exciting Product Manager to join our team and deliver an outstanding experience for our customers and MSSPs. This role will be responsible for ensuring that our users have the features and capabilities they need to successfully leverage and operationalize the Vectra AI Platform. This includes: - Delivering a best-in-class API - Partnering with, and supporting the needs of, MSSPs - Streamlining the customer lifecycle - Streamlining entitlements Responsibilities • Deeply understand customer pain around successfully and efficiently operationalizing the Vectra AI Platform • Identify, scope, define and ultimately deliver appropriate improvements to solve for this pain in the most appropriate way • Engage with and effectively manage internal and external stakeholders throughout all phases - discovery, definition, development, release, validation and ongoing support • Effectively evangelize platform capabilities through direct meetings, webinars, podcasts, etc. • Appropriately enable customers and field in effectively using existing and new platform capabilities • Manage product backlog and roadmap and work closely with engineering & UX during the development phase to monitor progress, resolve design issues and deliver high-quality releases Requirements • 5+ years of product management experience • Strong empathy with customer pain, and a demonstrated ability to solve for that in a pragmatic and appropriate way • Strong communication skills both verbal and written • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive multiple initiatives in parallel • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and across geographies with multiple stakeholders • A technical background in software development is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
