Assist the directors and/or managers of a department-service-sector in administrative organization tasks: diaries, reminders, presentations, meetings, travel, visas, etc.
Regularly sort paper and electronic files
Track purchase orders/stationery supplies/others.
Greet visitors, customers, suppliers, direct them, note messages and plan meetings.
Monitor the reporting of certain indicators and keep the dashboards up to date.
Carry out administrative activities
Work with several contacts from different departments, possibly in a bilingual context
Carry out additional administrative activities for support services (HR, Purchasing, Vehicle fleet, reception, etc.)
