Responsibilities
Be a focal point for any process related matter.
Failure Analysis research due to customer complaints or failing processes with root cause analysis and CA/PA.
Support production processes, including transferring products from the development phase to manufacturing.
Guide and direct new Engineers and Technicians.
Construct and maintain product files.
Develop and implement of Best Known Methods (BKM).
Assist with technical plant tours, presentations and problem resolution.
Solve process issues and perform improvement and prevention actions.
Select and assimilate production equipment.
Provide feedback concerning Process Safety, Lean Flow and Process improvement opportunities.
Lead a Continuous Improvement process in the organization.
Interact with customers regarding any process matter.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of relevant experience in a semiconductor/pharma/chemical/medical devices manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with process control.
Excellent written and oral skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Great interpersonal skills.
NOTE: From time to time the Process Engineer may be required to travel for training purposes to other countries including USA.
