We are currently looking for a target driven highly motivated fitness professionals to join our hugely successful Membership Executive team. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Full Training Provided) Managing the online/offline new membership enquiry process. Database management, including membership systems, GDPR procedures, CRM management, and direct marketing. Management and development of key corporate accounts. Delivering professional membership consultations. Ensuring exceptional customer experience for all members and prospective members. General membership administration duties, including accounts, direct debit and payment management. Selection Criteria Excellent health and fitness knowledge. Understanding a wide variety of fitness classes and their health benefits. Excellent communication skills (telephone and face-to-face). Excellent IT skills. Highly target-driven. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Works well within a team environment. Desirable Fitness qualification (ITEC, NCEF, L4 PT). Fitness Industry experience. Sales experience in a similar role. Frontline customer service experience.
