With continued growth in their pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our high-performing team based in Dublin . The Role As a Quantity Surveyor , you will play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual performance of major data centre and distribution centre builds. You will be involved in all aspects of cost control, procurement, risk management, and financial reporting to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven individual with a strong background in large-scale data centre and distribution centre construction. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-value, technically complex projects on time and within budget. The role involves regular weekly travel to Belgium , where you\'ll be embedded in a collaborative project team, providing essential cost and contract management.
