An Irish-owned Managed-Service Provider (MSP), which has been supporting SME’s for nearly 30 years, is hiring its first Head of Sales. You will be working directly with the CEO here, challenged to match his energy as you execute an ambitious growth strategy. You’ll be a natural leader and a new business hunter, balanced with the credibility and operational literacy to expand existing accounts. It’s important to illustrate these skills clearly in your application. What we’re looking for: You’ve owned new business growth while personally running and closing deals. Account management expertise, where you’ve successfully grown existing accounts. Ability to build a scalable sales engine, designing the end-to-end sales process and bringing predictability to forecasting. Leadership, where you’ve developed team members through coaching and structure. Compensation and progression Base salary range of €70,000 - €90,000 with an OTE of €140,000 - €180,000. Deliver on the plan, and this role becomes a pathway to Chief Revenue Officer within 24–36 months.
