CRM Director - HubSpot (Remote, Europe) We’re looking for a CRM Director who can turn data into meaningful, personalized experiences. You’ll lead the strategy behind how we engage, nurture, and re‑engage our users across multiple channels. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution: analytical enough to uncover insights in customer data, creative enough to turn them into compelling communications, and tech‑savvy enough to leverage AI‑driven personalization at scale. Your goal will be to guide more users from first interest to confident enrollment. Define resource needs (team structure, tools) required to scale CRM impact. 12‑Month Goals Establish a repeatable experimentation process that consistently drives double‑digit improvements in lead‑to‑enrollment conversion rates. Implement scalable, AI‑driven personalization that improves engagement, reduces drop‑offs, and boosts enrollment conversion by 30%. Build a clean, reliable CRM data infrastructure that ensures accurate event tracking and real‑time insights for business decisions. Run initial A/B tests (triggers, messaging, channel mix) to validate key hypotheses and establish a testing cadence for ongoing optimization. Lead and expand the CRM team to execute and iterate on experiments that continuously optimize the user journey. Collaborate cross‑functionally with content, product, and performance teams to deliver adaptive CRM experiences that improve lifetime value and retention. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention strategy roles, including at least 2 years leading CRM or lifecycle teams. Proven record of driving measurable growth through emails, SMS, conversational AI tools. Strong analytical skills: comfortable digging into data, spotting patterns, and turning insights into action. Demonstrated ability to connect CRM initiatives to core business metrics. Experience managing or collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Growth, Sales). Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, including segmentation, lead nurturing, and campaign execution. Experience in e‑commerce, subscription, fintech, or edtech environments. Familiarity with AI‑driven CRM tools and predictive analytics (e.g., lead scoring, churn prediction, dynamic content generation). Strategic communicator able to advocate for CRM impact across departments. Curiosity for testing and innovation, comfortable experimenting with emerging tools (e.g., AI content assistants, conversational CRM). Preferred Location Candidates based in the UK , Germany , or Netherlands are preferred. Other parts of the European Union are also possible. Depending on location, this will be an employee or long‑term contractor role. Digital office and modern tools (Mattermost, Notion, Zoom, HubSpot, HiBob). Growth opportunities as the product and global reach expand quickly. Diverse and close‑knit global team across US, Israel, LATAM, Europe, Serbia, Georgia, Armenia, and more. #J-18808-Ljbffr
