Job Advertisement & Application Management: Craft compelling job advertisements, post roles across relevant platforms, screen incoming applications to shortlist candidates who best match the role requirements. Candidate Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, fostering relationships and guiding them through each stage of the selection process. Interview Coordination & Execution: Organise and coordinate candidate interviews in collaboration with the client partnerships team. Conduct interviews via telephone and MS Teams, assessing candidates’ suitability. Post‑Interview Follow‑Up: Communicate interview outcomes to candidates, providing timely feedback and next steps. Oversee onboarding processes and documentation, including contract management. Pool & Policy Management: Proactively manage strategic talent pools in the MedTech industry to anticipate future hiring needs. Hold regular calls with consultants in the industry to nurture long‑lasting relationships. Review and refine recruitment policies. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross‑functionally with finance, client delivery, and client partnerships teams to ensure alignment to the hiring SOPs and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Maintain accurate records in the ATS. Consultant Engagement & Agency Relations: Conduct regular 1:1s with active consultants to support ongoing engagement. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies. KPI and Target Management: Continuously meet and exceed recruitment targets such as time to hire, shortlist to hire, alignment to rate cards and number of consultant calls. Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s degree holder; a degree in life science is advantageous. Minimum of 4‑6 years of experience hiring for life science roles. Prior experience of full‑cycle recruitment. Experience hiring contractors and consultants is beneficial. Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
