TBCSL supports Trinity Commercial with the delivery of commercial strategies across its Business Areas - Summer Accommodation, Catering, Events, Retail and Tourism. Role Overview The Digital Performance Specialist, along with the SEO + Content Specialist, report into the Digital Growth Manager to deliver the digital marketing roadmap and strategy. The Digital Performance Specialist is responsible for driving the performance of paid search and paid social campaigns; digital reporting, forecasting and analytics; and web management and ongoing web development of Shopify and supporting web and mobile integrations. We are looking for someone commercially minded who is a digital expert, and understands how to use digital marketing and performance tools to drive brand awareness, consideration and conversion to generate online sales, revenue and targets. The role is based in Trinity College. Core Responsibilities: Drive the performance of paid search and paid social campaigns; and web management and ongoing development of Shopify and supporting web and mobile integrations Lead digital reporting, forecasting and analytics; preparing weekly updates, insights and recommendations for the team and agency partners, and following through on action plans to constantly monitor performance improvements Support the digital marketing roadmap and strategy, driving high quality traffic, bookings and revenue for improving new visitor acquisition growth and performance; increasing audiences from key target markets and geos; maintaining consistently high levels of conversion throughout the sales funnel; driving online sales and bookings; and promoting engagement with returning visitors/bookers Consistently raising the bar by comprehensively using data, insight, analysis, expertise and experience to optimise and improve campaigns: building test and learn strategies and identifying marginal gains - continuously optimising and improving the acquisition strategy, and delivering recommendations to provide further efficiencies, ROAS and ROI Work closely with the wider Marketing and Commercial team to ensure a joined-up online and offline approach, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Trinity Paid Search & Paid Social Own, develop, and execute the end-to-end paid media strategy across all digital advertising channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, PMax, and Display Drive all paid campaigns to deliver measurable business results, continually optimising bids, budgets, creative, and targeting to maximise ROI, ROAS, and achieve visitor numbers Stay ahead of industry trends and platform changes (Google, Meta, AI etc) to ensure the business is leveraging the latest features and best practices for growth and performance Manage agency partners and hold them to account on achieving bookings, revenue, sales targets, KPIs and conversion levels across paid campaigns and the website Web Management Manage the day to day web management and front-end updates for our key websites ( Shopify and Student Accommodation) and all supporting web and mobile integrations Ensure the seamless integration, maintenance, and performance of critical third-party commercial platforms, including TicketSolve, Net Affinity, Klayvio and CrowdEngage Lead and execute ongoing CRO and web projects, including A/B testing, UX/UI improvements, and funnel analysis, to improve site performance and booking conversion rates Act as the technical digital expert, providing hands-on support for web integrations and digital marketing tools, while troubleshooting data, tracking, and campaign delivery issues Analytics, Forecasting and Reporting Use data measurement systems and tools (analytics platforms, heatmaps) to derive actionable insights, ensuring all optimisations (website, PPC, SEO, email, and organic and paid social) are driven by data-led decision making Lead the digital reporting, forecasting, and analytics, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights for the wider team and leadership Provide weekly updates and performance dashboards to the team, and prepare ongoing reports, modelling and analytics as required Experience & Skills Required Minimum 5 years experience in a digital marketing, PPC, web management, ecommerce, or digital performance role In-depth knowledge and proven experience across all digital platforms and back end systems, and clear expertise of how to optimise performance and growth to drive online revenue and sales Must have web management and web development expertise and experience Technical expert and proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, Hugo, Magento) and experience with email, text messaging services, web integrations, social media, PPC, PMAX and display advertising campaigns Understanding of basic HTML and JavaScript, with a keen interest in data visualisation tools (Looker, Big Query, PowerBI, Tableau) Strong analytical and problem solving skills, obsessive about Google Analytics, digital dashboards and web stats, constantly reviewing the daily numbers, tweaking and optimising Experience leading, managing and executing paid media and digital marketing strategies with strong results Confidence owning, developing and creating exceptional digital campaigns, projects and initiatives end to end Team player who is collaborative and keen to succeed, and works well building relationships both externally and internally across the business Highly organised: able to prioritise and work well under pressure, whilst maintaining a professional and upbeat attitude - youll work proactively and always keep on top of things in a very dynamic environment Energetic and entrepreneurial, with a reputation for getting things done Benefits: Performance Bonus Bike to work Employee Assistance Program Pension

  • About the role As part of a Campus wide strategy to improve the visitor experience, Trinity College Dublin developed a new product portfolio called Trinity Trails in 2022. This includes a suite of Guided, Self-Guided and Premium Tours of the Campus. Reporting to the Trinity Trails Operations Manager, the Front of House Supervisor will support the Operations Manager in the day to day running of campus tours, inclusive of operations, staff and rosters, quality control, visitor management, ticketing, and financial management. The Front of House Supervisor will work alongside the Trinity Trails Coordinator and the tour guides daily. This role includes supervising the Trinity Trails operation every weekend. This role will liaise closely with the Visitor Attractions teams in the Book of Kells Experience, as well as Marketing, Catering, Accommodation and Central Events, to ensure Trinity is delivering a consistently memorable, evocative, and professional visitor experience. Were looking for someone to: Supervise the day-to-day front of house operations of the Trinity Trails every weekend and some 3 weekdays, including both guided and self-guided tours (7 day/week operation). Supervise the front desk/ kiosk operations of Trinity Trails Supervise the tour guides in their daily duties. Assist the Operations Manager in coordinating the rostering and forecasting system. Support the Operations Manager in managing capacities, bookings and ticketing interface with Trinitys ticketing provider (Ticketsolve). Support the Operations Manager in leading and motivating a strong Tour Guide team. Roster staff to work as Tour Guides or on the ticket desks as required and ensure all staff receive adequate lunchbreaks. Monitor and respond to emails on the Trinity Trails account in a timely manner Resolve visitor issues and complaints while maintaining a professional demeanour. Actively seek to demonstrate continuous improvement of operational efficiencies, spotting opportunities and challenges and bringing recommendations to management. Ensure the Trinity Trails team adhere to Health and Safety procedures and GDPR guidelines. Carry out light financial administration. Deliver the highest level of service to visitors and stakeholders. You will need to show that you have: The skills, experience & attributes At minimum 2 years' experience in a front of house setting/ visitor facing role. Good level of competency in IT and administration (including Word and Excel). Experience with a rostering system. Experience working with a ticketing system. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English spoken & written. Other languages would be very advantageous, however not essential. Experience in guiding is an advantage.
