Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure products meet specified standards and customer requirements. Perform internal audits, quality checks, and inspections of products to identify potential quality issues. Assist in managing customer feedback and complaints, ensuring a prompt resolution of quality-related issues. Collect and analyse data to monitor performance and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with industry‑specific quality standards and regulatory requirements (ISO, Lean Manufacturing, etc.). Investigate quality issues, determine the root cause, and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintain accurate records, create reports, and help document standard operating procedures, ensuring quality is considered and maintained. Assist in training employees on quality standards and best practices. Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to enhance product quality and improve processes. Candidate Profile Relevant Honors Bachelor's degree or Master's with a minimum of a 2:1 (or equivalent) completed within the last two years or due to graduate by September 2026. IT savvy and highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, capable of working on own initiative. Excellent organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. Willing to relocate to a sister company for up to six months, if an opportunity presents itself.     Brief Description Job Title: Site Crew Description A Site Crew Member/ Production Assembler is responsible for assembling water tanks and the installation of our attenuation systems efficiently in adherence to our quality standards. This will be a dual role where the successful candidate will work mainly out on customer sites assembling tanks and installing attenuation systems. The candidate will also have an opportunity to gain experience in the production of panels for sectional tanks at our Headquarters in Killarney. At the time of advertising we have installation jobs running nationwide across Ireland with the majority of the installation jobs occurring in Dublin. As a result this would mean the successful candidate could spend most of the working week in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our established and growing business. This is likely to include overnight stay(s) each week.
