Brief Description Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and organisation? We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities The Bookkeeper will be primarily responsible for the following; Maintain accurate records for accounts receivable and accounts payable. Complete bank reconciliations Complete cash allocations to customers. Credit collection duties including credit eligibility checks, payment plan set-ups and collections. Preparation and review of supplier payment runs. Preparation and review of monthly payroll files. Preparation and reporting of financial information on a weekly and monthly basis. Support annual budgetary process. Support year end audit process. Ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures. Other ad-hoc tasks as they arise. Candidate Profile Strong business acumen and analytical skills, along with the ability to review and submit monthly management accounts. Commercially focused with a strong disciplined professional approach. Credit control skills. Compliance and controls orientated. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills is a requirement. Tricel now require an additional Sales and Customer Service Executive .Your role will be to support and drive sales of the Tricel product range to our Irish customer base. You will also be responsible for the scheduling of site crews. We are looking for someone highly motivated with a strong customer focus and organisational skills. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative and enjoys working collaboratively. The successful candidate will report to the Business and ESG Lead Project Manager. Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat—offering professional advice and timely resolutions. Provide guidance to customers regarding product suitability & functionality as well as dealing with specifications queries. Schedule and coordinate site crews for installations, maintenance visits, or service calls—ensuring smooth logistics and timely delivery of service. Work collaboratively to meet and exceed departmental KPIs, including sales targets, customer satisfaction and response times. Understand customer requirements and site-specific needs to accurately plan and communicate visit details to crews and clients. Liaise between the customer, sales team, and operations to ensure site visits run efficiently and any challenges are addressed quickly. Maintain accurate records of interactions, schedules, and orders using our CRM and scheduling tools. Initiate and undertake special projects as required such as system improvements and optimising workflows. Other ad hoc duties that may arise. Candidate Profile 3-5 years experience in a similar position. Experience in the construction sector desirable but not essential. Excellent organisational and administrative skills with ability to prioritise tasks. Business degree or business administration background. Proficient in MS office. Intermediate to advanced excel level of PowerPoint and Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Target and results focused. At the end of your 2-year Graduate Programme, you will have gained: International work experience, a qualification relevant to your field, fully trained in-house auditor and 2-years work experience. The successful candidate must be available to relocate to a sister company for a period of 6 months should the opportunity present itself. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the HSE team to develop, implement, and update safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Assist in the investigation of incidents and accidents, analysing root causes and recommending preventive measures. Support the implementation of training programs to enhance employee awareness of safety protocols and best practices. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSE activities. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HSE processes and systems. Any other duties that may arise. Candidate Profile: Relevant Honours Bachelor’s degree or Masters with a minimum of a 2:1 (or equivalent) which was completed within the last two years or is due to graduate by September 2025 (e.g., Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline). IT savvy and highly proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint skills and Word. Highly motivated, capable of working on own initiative. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Strong passion for safety, quality assurance, and environmental sustainability. Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyse data effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards will be an advantage.
