Position Overview: As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects, overseeing every phase from start to finish. This position requires a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in managing entire projects, demonstrating expertise across all construction stages, including foundation work, drainage, mechanical and electrical systems (M&E), fit-out, roofing, and final completion. The ideal candidate will bring long-term service with previous employers, showcasing their reliability and commitment to delivering quality results. As the primary link between the site, design team, client, and the company, the Site Manager must possess exceptional communication and organizational skills to effectively coordinate stakeholders and ensure project objectives are met. This role involves managing residential and commercial developments valued between €2 million and €5 million. Working hours are Monday to Friday, offering a structured schedule that supports work-life balance. The position provides an opportunity to lead impactful projects in a professional, collaborative environment that emphasizes quality, efficiency, and excellence. Ability to uphold high standards of quality and safety on-site. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing all site activities from planning and groundwork to final completion. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors. Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinating and managing on-site operations while adhering to company policies and safety regulations. Maintaining accurate project documentation and schedules using relevant software tools.
