    My client, a well-established and reputable automotive service and repair centre, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Workshop Manager to lead a busy and well-equipped workshop based in South Co. Dublin Position Overview As the Workshop Manager, you will take a hands-on leadership role overseeing the day-to-day running of a busy, well-equipped automotive workshop. Youll be responsible for managing the team, coordinating workflow, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring efficient service delivery across all mechanical operations. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary from €50,000 per year, negotiable depending on experience, along with a performance-related bonus awarded twice yearly. Youll work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, within a supportive and well-structured environment that values professionalism, quality workmanship, and team collaboration. This opportunity is ideal for a qualified mechanic (QQI Level 6 or equivalent) who has proven workshop experience and is ready to take the next step into a leadership position, managing both people and performance while maintaining a hands-on approach when required. This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role.
