Role Description This is a full‑time Design Manager role located in our Dublin office and showroom in Rosemount Business Park, Dublin. The Design Manager will oversee the design process and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver high‑quality fit‑out projects. Responsibilities include leading design teams on each project from tender stage to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, managing budgets and timelines, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure successful project execution. The role will involve travel to site, client meetings and supplier meetings. Qualifications Proficiency in design, space planning, and creative problem‑solving skills Experience in project management, including managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and InDesign Excellent leadership, team coordination, and stakeholder management skills Detail‑oriented with strong analytical, organisational, and time‑management skills Relevant experience in residential and hotel fit‑out projects Qualification in Interior Design or a related field Ability to work effectively on‑site and adapt to dynamic project environments Ability to prepare detailed drawings, specifications, material schedules and pricing for tenders Ability to prepare designs and complete staging and presentation of show‑houses Ability to manage projects from concept through to completion.
