Job Description The purpose of our F&A department is to add value to TOMRA by delivering high quality, accurate financial results and information to internal stakeholders and proactively partner with each other and other teams in pursuit of business goals. As the Finance and Accounting Manager , you will oversee transactional finance for the countries within your scope (potentially multi-country coverage, sub-regional), supported by services from Shared Service Centres. Your primary responsibilities include accounting (with a focus on General Ledger), taxes, administration (such as insurances, banks, corporate secretary duties, etc.), and financial control. You will report group figures and assist FP&A/Controlling in budget preparation and monthly reporting. Additionally, you will manage local audits and external stakeholders (including local banks and tax experts), in coordination with group and regional functions. Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis and Reporting: Ability to analyse financial data, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders. Budgeting and Forecasting: Expertise in creating budgets, forecasting future financial performance, and managing financial plans. Accounting Proficiency: Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards including IFRS and UK/Irish GAAP. Tax Management: Expert in tax regulations and the ability to manage tax compliance and planning (UK and Ireland specific). Communication Skills: Effective communication with various stakeholders, including senior management, auditors, and external experts. Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and standards including statutory reporting and audit coordination. Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with financial software and tools, such as ERP systems (IFS expertise is a plus) and advanced Excel and powerbi skills. Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in financial records and reports. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration. ACA/ACA/CPA Qualified/Part Qualified Accountant. 7-10 years in F&A management, preferably within industrial sector. Complete administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner. Observe and comply with policies, procedures and quality management systems. Observe and comply with our code of conduct. Positively and actively support effective communication, encourage and provide constructive feedback. Support the overall organisational vision, values and culture. Assist others with the selection of approaches, methods and/or services as required. Job Description As a Mechanical Design Engineer , you will be part of a team responsible for designing new and advanced food sorting machines. The mechanical engineering department oversees the entire lifecycle of food sorting machines—from early technology development, through detailed design and validation, to maintenance and support in production and the field. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders like product management and production, as well as external partners such as suppliers, technology providers, and customers. Benchmarking against competitors is crucial to maintain our technical and cost leadership. Maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers is essential to support our Design for Manufacturing (DfM) approach, aiming for optimal cost and quality. Continuous networking with suppliers and technology providers is necessary to understand various manufacturing techniques. The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer combines a solid technical background with the ability to translate theoretical knowledge into cost-effective designs. You will lead the conceptual and architectural definition of machines and modules to meet performance and cost targets, including making cost predictions based on production techniques. You will design prototypes and parts, including drafting, testing, and validation. You will maintain technical knowledge of food sorting applications and provide support for sorting issues. You will collaborate on technical improvements and propose enhancements. You will organize and lead design reviews and FMEA sessions to ensure design quality. You will maintain and improve design documentation to meet the requirements of suppliers, manufacturing, and service teams. You will schedule and oversee the work of junior engineers to meet project deadlines. You will represent the mechanical engineering department to internal and external stakeholders. You will maintain a network and conduct market research for new technologies, materials, suppliers, and partners. Qualifications This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual eager to improve and develop new skills. A strong focus on delivering high-quality mechanical designs and staying updated with new technologies is essential. You should have a genuine passion for engineering, demonstrate initiative, and be capable of working independently and collaboratively. Role and Responsibilities: System Architecture & MLOps: Design DL vision models by selecting a suitable backbone, neck and head and testing the performance of those combinations. Innovations in these areas are highly welcomed. Design architecture for real-time deep learning inference on TOMRA sorters, including GPU specifications. Maintain & improve architecture of in-house cloud-based MLOps platform (data science pipelines). Design & advise on new features for the MLOps platform. Follow latest improvements in AzureML ecosystem and come up with efficiency improvements. Follow latest DL model trends and push improvements to the data science team (this includes making use of new libraries). Qualifications About You: Master's or higher degree in Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics or an equivalent field. Computer vision background and expertise. Proficiency with several machine-learning tools, application programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Pytorch, TensorRT, Tensorflow). As a key member of the AI team, reporting to the AI Team Lead, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge algorithms for real-time food sorting, predictive maintenance and anomaly detection. Responsibilities Develop, test and implement deep learning and computer vision algorithms for real-time food sorting performance. Create predictive models and algorithms for machine reliability, predictive maintenance and anomaly detection. Analyse and explore large and complex datasets using data analytics techniques and statistical modelling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and devise data-driven solutions. Utilise and optimise real-time data processing and data visualisation tools. Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. Implement MLOps practices to build, test and deploy machine learning models. Take ownership of full DL model development lifecycle: from data capture at customer site, to deployment and maintenance over time. Instruct labelers and oversee data capture activities so that data quality is ensured. Experiment with cutting edge AI developments in order to create customer value on our sorters and maintain a competitive advantage over competition. Occasional travel to other R&D locations and customer sites for model validation. Qualifications Master's Degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics. In-depth knowledge and experience with Computer Vision & Image Processing. Vision Models (yolo, resnet, sam). Proficiency with several machine-learning tools, application programming languages and frameworks (Python, Pytorch, TensorRT, Tensorflow…). Reporting to the Technology Manager QA SW/AI, you'll be the primary person responsible for developing a robust and scalable test infrastructure in Python, utlising Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) and PyTest frameworks.The role involves end-to-end testing of optical sorters, integrating various components such as optical sensors, embedded hardware, and a distributed software system. The software stack to be tested is primarily written in .NET (C#, F#, Blazor/WPF) and C++. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and execute a robust test framework to run automated test cases for end-to-end testing of the optical sorter. Integrate testing across various components, including: Optical sensors Embedded hardware Distributed software systems Conduct hands-on exploratory testing at the machine, requiring presence at the office and lab facilities. Automate manual testing and continuously improve test processes and infrastructure to enhance efficiency, accuracy. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the sorter’s mechanical and optical systems to perform system integration and end-to-end tests. Collaborate with project stakeholders, manual testers and software developers to ensure high-quality software releases. Qualifications About You: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field. Technical Expertise: Proven experience in test solution architecture. Ability to write production-quality code in Python and other programming/scripting languages as needed. Experiencein test automation development patterns. Expertise in manual testing for web-based and/or desktop applications. Familiarity with automation test frameworks and equipment such as BDD framworks (any language), Robot framework (Python) and hardware-in-the-loop systems). Solid understanding of LAN and relevant troubleshooting. Experience with Git. Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication skills for effective interactions with project stakeholders. Ability to present technical content clearly and concisely. Comfortable participating in technical meetings for requirement refinement. Willingness to perform and participate in constructive code reviews, as both a reviewer and reviewee. Work Approach: Strong analytical and structure problem-solving skills.
