    Overview Quality Administrator – Maynooth, Co. Kildare €50,000 + Package (DOE) We are recruiting a Quality Administrator to join a leading main contractor, based at their offices in Maynooth. This role will play a key part in the pre-planning of quality across complex and high-value projects, with a particular focus on the Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, and Food sectors. Key Responsibilities Lead the pre-planning for quality , ensuring robust processes are in place ahead of project delivery. Draft and maintain Quality Management Plans for large-scale Data Centre and complex projects. Prepare and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) to support project teams. Provide administrative and technical support to the Quality team, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Utilise strong software skills to manage documentation, reporting, and quality records. About You Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Quality Administration or related role, ideally within the Pharma, Data Centre, or Food sectors. Strong technical knowledge of quality management systems and documentation. Excellent IT and software skills with attention to detail. This is an office-based role, providing vital support to the Health & Safety team and ensuring effective safety planning across a range of high-profile construction projects. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of pre-planning for safety , ensuring compliance and risk mitigation ahead of project delivery. Provide administrative and coordination support to the H&S function across multiple projects. They are now seeking an experienced Project Director to join their expanding operations in Germany or Austria , providing leadership across landmark projects. Responsibilities Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of major projects (€100m – €250m). Lead project strategy, planning, and execution from pre-construction through to handover. Manage client relationships at senior level, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded. Lead, mentor, and develop large multi-disciplinary project teams. Drive health, safety, quality, and sustainability standards throughout project delivery. Oversee commercial, contractual, and programme management with a focus on achieving project profitability and client satisfaction. Report directly to board-level stakeholders, representing the project at executive level. Requirements Extensive experience as a Project Director / Senior Project Manager with a leading general contractor. Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects (€100m+) within life science, data centre, or industrial sectors .
