Role Profile Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the Senior Category Manager - IT, Business & Professional Services will be responsible for strategically acquiring technology goods,business and professional services, ensuring cost optimisation, supplier relationship management, policy and organisational compliance. This role will take the lead in developing, maintaining and executing effective procurement strategies through effective stakeholder management, supplier relationship management, service performance, quality, cost and innovation, ensuring alignment with Tirlns sustainability and ethical sourcing policies. Responsibilities Provide professional procurement expertise to deliver key business objectives, cost, delivery performance, risk mitigation, innovation, industry trends, emerging technologies and market conditions across the breadth of the following category areas: IT Software licenses and maintenance support Contracted Services outsourced services, contracted support personnel, IT CAPEX solutions projects and Telecoms/data/mobile communication services, IT desktop and server hardware Business Services: Cleaning, Security, Laboratory Testing & Supplies, Pest Control, Office Supplies, H&S, First Aid, Travel Professional Services: A full range of Legal, Audit, Insurance, Marketing and related support services as well as consultancy services across all functions Responsible for the overall development of short-term and long-term category strategies, ensuring alignment with Tirlns overall strategic objectives Management of end to end supplier contracts process in line with Tirlans Procurement Policy Collaborate with the relevant key stakeholders within the organisation to ensure full and early procurement involvement, collaboration and foresight of potential issues Build and maintain strong working relationships with key suppliers to develop and execute annual plans to deliver the Tirlan agenda in each category Review and monitor key supplier performance against established KPIs Lead the negotiation of contracts, terms, and pricing to secure the best possible value and terms for the company. Manage full contract lifecycle, including renewals, monitoring compliance with terms, and resolving disputes Champion continuous improvement initiatives, promoting best practice and innovation within the procurement team Identify potential supply chain risks (e.g., market changes, price fluctuations, service disruptions, regulatory changes etc.) and develop mitigation plans. Role Profile We have an opportunity for someone to join our team to manage the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities in operation at Tirln Lough Egish. This role involves liaisingwith external contractors for the maintenance and repair of same. The Facilities Maintenance Technician is also responsible for running and maintaining the preventative maintenance system to pre-determined guidelines. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, the role will be salary based and include nightshift. Responsibilities Electrical or Mechanical qualification plus time served in a high-volume manufacturing environment would be an advantage. Previous experience in facilities maintenance would be an advantage. Good knowledge of all facilities systems including Boiler, Compressed Air, HVAC, Chilled Water, Water Treatment, and general electrical and mechanical services Ability to read electrical and hydraulic/pneumatic schematic diagrams. Previous experience working on technically challenging applications would be an advantage. Experience of working in a GMP environment, within clean rooms and the equipment relating to these clean rooms. Ability to interact with suppliers, customers and external contractors. Requirements Responsible for the maintenance of plant and equipment in the facilities department, compiling standard specifications /procedures for each item and monitoring all existing plant to standard specifications. The above equipment will include AHUs, chillers, compressors, CIP and pumping systems. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role will see you working as part of a team to ensure the highest standards of Maintenance work are adhered to on the Virginia site. Responsibilities Maintain plant and equipment at optimum performance and provide utilities to manufacturing and general plant to achieve yearly plan Support all site automation systems and champion these processes Interact with suppliers, customers and external contractors.
