Overview Reporting to the Head of IT, this role will lead the CoE for applications across core business domains including Operations, Supply Chain and Quality & Compliance, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. The Supply Chain & Manufacturing Technology CoE Manager will have overall responsibility for driving innovation, standardisation, and governance across application landscapes, enabling Tirlan to deliver high-performing, scalable, and compliant solutions.     Digital Marketing Executive Citywest Hybrid Working Overview We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive with strong e-commerce and digital marketing skills, to join the Direct To Consumer (DTC) channel within Tirlan Ltd in the Consumer category. Reporting to the Channel Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the various teams within the DTC structure, taking a lead in managing a range of internal and external stakeholders – including external media and creative agencies. With new customer acquisition a key objective, we are seeking a high performing, innovative, results oriented, customer obsessed individual who has a strong understanding of digital and can think on their feet. The successful candidate will have high digital media literacy, strong agency management experience, and will have briefed and developed successful comms campaigns that build awareness and drive conversion performance for brands. Prior experience with consumer apps, e-commerce platforms, UX/website design & CRM is a plus. Responsibilities Contribute to the Digital Strategy specifically for acquiring customers through mymilkman.ie; generating leads, growing customer basket size and retaining customers. Day-to-day management of key stakeholders and digital agencies (creative and media). Role Profile Located at Plant 1 production facility in Ballyragget, Kilkenny, you will report to the Caseins Manager. Plant 1 manufactures Rennet Casein, Acid Casein and MPC and bags off up to 25,000 tons of these Milk Powders annually. This role operates on a 12-hour shift schedule, including daytime shifts and weekend work. Key Responsibilities Shift Management of all Plant 1 activities from the Casein Plants, Milk Protein Concentrate (MPC) plant and Bag Off areas. Schedule plant activities to obtain maximum throughput in accordance with overall production/ planning requirements. Adherence to product safety and legality standards, ensure 100% quality product Promote & implement Best Practice Health & Safety policies and procedures Work very closely with other departments in BRG. Maintain highest hygiene standards in accordance with Company policy in both personnel and plant. Use Business Excellence (BE) tools to root cause issues, create engagement on the plant floor and drive continuous improvement. Work with IQS to optimise uptime and maximise performance. Give feedback on KPI performance through regular communication at 3M Meetings to ensure operators are informed and are aware of plant performance and identify areas for improvement. Proactively communicate with operators through informal discussions and team briefs to ensure a two-way flow of relevant, timely information. Manage the staff roster by reviewing production requirements and tracking holidays / absenteeism to ensure adequate resourcing of plant. Highlight performance and training issues as appropriate to maximise the performance of all staff. Liaise with staff re any problems and deal with or escalate as appropriate. Role Profile: This role is in based in Whey Plant Ballyragget and will report to the Whey Membranes Production Manager. The role of the WPI Technical Manager will be to oversee the introduction, optimisation, and continued control of 4 new value-add product streams associated with Tirlns investment in value-add whey processing & the diversification or our current WPI portfolio. This role is critical to ensuring that new production capabilities are implemented efficiently, safely, and in line with quality, regulatory, and commercial requirements, while meeting increasing customer demand. This role will initially play a key part in delivering Operational Readiness Program strategy for Tirlan whey processing investment project. Key Responsibilities Promote & implement Best Practice Health & Safety policies and procedures Adherence to product safety and legality standards, ensure 100% quality product Leading the technical implementation of new product processes Managing process scale-up from commissioning to full production via Operational Readiness program (ORP) Liaising with project management, engineering, and operations teams Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal QA standards Defining process parameters, SOPs, and control strategies Supporting equipment selection and process validation Delivering process robustness and stability Driving continuous improvement and cost optimisation initiatives Acting as the primary technical authority for new product streams Identify and implement process improvements that can deliver maximum benefits to the business using lean manufacturing principles, in line with our Business Excellence approach.
