  • Public Relations Manager

They are now looking to hire an experienced Account Manager for their growing team. Main Responsibilities Leading the team in implementing the company's PR strategy. Creating engaging content for pitches, plans, media releases, content creator briefs, and social media platforms. Updating and maintaining the company's social media pages with a willingness to come up with new ideas and follow through on those ideas in conjunction with junior team members. Building relationships with clients and potential clients, suppliers, and the media. Giving input on marketing initiatives and suggesting creative ways to add to client campaigns. Conducting research on various topics. Monitoring media coverage on events and media releases that were issued and creating press clippings. Updating media lists. Training and supporting junior team members. Requirements: At least four years of industry experience (2 consecutive in a PR agency). Completion of BA or BSc degree in public relations, communication, or journalism. Excellent understanding of all social media platforms including TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Efficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Comfortable with public speaking and engaging with customers. Excellent research and analytical skills. Willingness to attend events after hours and on weekends. Excellent copywriting and editing skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Key Requirements: Experience & Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on new business development. Strong understanding of SEO principles, algorithms, tools, and trends across various platforms (Google, Bing, etc.). Experience managing and leading client-facing SEO initiatives and teams. Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at senior levels. Highly strategic, with a strong understanding of how SEO aligns with business growth objectives. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with large-scale SEO campaigns and multi-channel digital strategies. Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and similar. Knowledge of other digital marketing channels (PPC, content marketing, paid social) and their integration with SEO strategies. Established industry network and a strong presence in the SEO community.
