ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a dynamic Media Experience Manager to join our award-winning global agency client. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of integrated media experiences across platforms, shaping how audiences connect with some of the world's most iconic brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead end-to-end development of media experience strategies across digital, OOH, broadcast, and live environments
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and technology teams to deliver immersive, audience-first campaigns
Manage and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of innovation and craft
Own client relationships, acting as a trusted senior contact for media experience briefs
Drive the ideation, production, and measurement of integrated media activations
Stay ahead of emerging platforms, formats, and technologies to inform best-in-class solutions
Oversee budgets and timelines across multiple simultaneous projects
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 5+ years of experience in media, experience design, or integrated production — ideally within an agency setting
Proven track record delivering complex, multi-channel media experiences at scale
Strong understanding of media planning, audience data, and content distribution
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritise effectively, and inspire teams under pressure
Passion for culture, storytelling, and the future of media
Salary €50,000 DOE
