Job Description & Requirements Plan, establish, communicate, and transmit sales objectives to your team or contractors by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for territories
Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products & markets
Achieving and exceeding sales and profit targets, and reaching targets and goals set for assigned territories with your team
Strategies, plan, execute, control, and review team project activities by developing field sales action plans for your team members or contractors.
Manage your team or contractors by planning, scheduling, and assigning them all sales and marketing-related activities
Recruit, select, orientate, train, counsel, discipline, monitor, and appraise your team on their job performance
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, carrying out own research and study, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional networks
Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base while servicing the needs of your existing customers
Job Requirements Contribute to team effort by achieving other corporate targets and objectives
A good bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent from a recognised university or relevant professional qualification.
At least 2 years of experience, preferably in the construction or engineering services industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Tableau or other data analytics tools (e.g., ACL, IDEA, Power BI) will be an advantage.
Good organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with multi-disciplinary colleagues at all levels
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with close attention to detail.
Ability to exercise objective judgement with strong logical and critical thinking skills.
Self-motivated team player with a continuous learning attitude, sharing knowledge and ideas within Internal Audit.
Positive work attitude, with a high level of commitment and initiative.
Good verbal and written business communications with strong report writing and presentation skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
