  • Senior Duty Manager

    Overview As a Senior Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of our restaurant and bar. You'll lead from the front, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service, maintaining high standards, and supporting the General Manager in achieving operational and financial targets.   • Procurement & EPOS Junior Manager  

    - Huntstown

    The Wright Group are looking for a Procurement & EPOS Junior Manager. This is based in North Co. Dublin with some travel required. You will be responsible for supporting the organisation's purchasing operations, ensuring adherence to supplier contracts, maintaining strong internal controls, and managing updates to EPOS systems across a multi-site hospitality group. You will work closely with Operations, Finance, IT, Venue Managers, Senior Management and external suppliers, EPOS providers. Full training and mentoring will be provided. Key Responsibilities EPOS Systems Management Update and maintain EPOS systems across all hospitality venues. Manage product file changes including PLUs, menus, categories, pricing, and promotions. Ensure accuracy between EPOS, back-office, and stock systems. Coordinate EPOS rollouts across multiple venues. Troubleshoot issues and liaise with IT or external providers. Support new system features and integrations. Procurement & Purchasing Support Assist with supplier ordering, sourcing, and stock processes. Maintain accurate purchasing records. Ensure correct pricing and supplier data in all systems. Monitor stock levels and support decisions. Supplier Contract Management Maintain and oversee supplier contracts. Verify compliance with pricing, service levels, deliveries, and obligations. Escalate discrepancies. Support contract reviews and renewals. Internal Controls & Reporting Maintain strong control procedures. Produce purchasing, stock, and EPOS reports. Assist audits and compliance checks. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Skills, Knowledge & Experience Essential Previous hospitality industry experience (any role). Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent attention to detail. Strong organisational and communication abilities. Willingness to travel across multiple venues. Desirable Experience with EPOS systems. Knowledge of procurement or stock control. Familiarity with contracts and compliance. Full driving licence.
