The Wilder Townhouse is seeking an enthusiastic and service-focused Duty Manager. This role is key in delivering a premium guest experience in our stylish and intimate setting. Shifts are:07:00 to 15:30 and 14:30 to 23:00 Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the front office and food and beverage team while on duty, ensuring smooth and efficient operation each morning. Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Train, supervise, and motivate the team. Manage stock, ordering, and cost control related to hotel operations. Respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve any issues effectively. Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role in hospitality. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. A genuine passion for guest service and attention to detail. Ability to work early mornings and weekends as required. Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
