It has developed a multi-platform publishing base and is committed to a digital future. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and advertisers. Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base, working closely with the editorial team. Qualifications Proven sales management experience, preferably in media/advertising. Strong leadership and team-building skills. High level of communication and negotiation abilities. Knowledge of the local market is a plus.
