We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our advertising sales team and grow our market presence in the Galway region. Role Description Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and advertisers. Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base, working closely with the editorial team. Qualifications Proven sales management experience, preferably in media/advertising. Strong leadership and team-building skills. High level of communication and negotiation abilities.
