We are leading experts in cosmeceutical skincare and paramedical skin treatments and retail clinically proven skincare products developed by scientists to solve skincare problems, rejuvenate and promote skin’s health. We are seeking a highly organised and energetic Medical Secretary to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their experience is smooth and welcoming from the moment they enter our clinic. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for providing excellent client care in a fast-paced clinic environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet clients warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-up calls with precision and professionalism Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about our services and offerings Coordinate client consent forms as necessary Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and reconcile daily transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and ensure compliance with clinic standards Collaborate effectively with our team of aestheticians, nurses, and physicians to optimize client experiences and outcomes Demonstrate a strong commitment to client satisfaction and confidentiality at all times Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (experience with booking system is desirable but not essential) Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential Job Type: Full-time Pay: From €14.50 per hour Expected hours: No less than 34 per week Additional pay: Commission pay Overtime pay Benefits: Bike to work scheme Company events Employee discount Sick pay Store discount Schedule: Weekend availability Application question(s): Do you have a medical secretary qualification or experience?
