Key Responsibilities Lead and support PICs in maintaining high standards of care and compliance Implement quality assurance systems, audits, and improvement plans Act as subject matter expert on governance, compliance, and regulatory updates Conduct audits across homes, provide feedback, and oversee corrective actions Review and implement policies and procedures across the group Mentor PICs and staff in clinical governance and compliance best practices Monitor safeguarding, incident reporting, risk registers, and complaints Prepare quality and compliance reports for the Executive Team and Board Contribute to strategic planning and service excellence initiatives Essential Requirements Registered Nurse with current NMBI registration Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management, quality improvement, or clinical governance 35 years experience in a healthcare quality, governance, or compliance role Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred care frameworks Experience in auditing, risk management, and compliance reporting Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills Full Irish drivers licence and willingness to travel Desirable Qualification in auditing or risk management Skills: Management Quality Manager Risk Assesment
