  • Business Relationship Partner  

    - Dublin Pike

    Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager the Business Relationship Partner is responsible for the efficient and effective management and maintenance of their territory to maximise the sale of National Lottery products, both Scratch Cards and Draw Based Games. The role will focus on sales support; compliance & relationship managed under the guidance of the RSM. New business development will sit with the RSM and National Accounts team with agreed opportunity implemented through the BRP function. The role is on the road full‑time, with travel required five days per week. What you will do Build strong partnerships with retail agents, optimize in-store engagement, and implement tailored promotional strategies to maximize sales and meet KPIs. Ensure Compliance Manage retailer compliance, deliver annual certification and training, oversee mystery shopper campaigns, and enforce compliance policies and sanctions. Support Retail Agents Provide professional service and guidance on sales performance, stock management, responsible gaming, and operational excellence. Conduct structured sales calls, secure prime POS positions, manage merchandising and stock levels, and champion digital engagement tools. Lead Training & Development Train retailers on compliance, responsible play, and best practices to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Reporting & Administration Maintain accurate call records, complete store audits, manage ticket orders/returns, and resolve account queries. Promote Products & Campaigns Implement promotional activities, advise on new games and trends, and ensure prominent display of National Lottery products. Work closely with Sales Management, Finance, and Business Assurance on credit control, compliance investigations, and retailer issues. Represent the Brand Attend marketing events, agent conferences, and PR activities to support brand visibility and retailer engagement. Qualifications Ideally, a degree or diploma in a Sales, Customer Relationship or related field. 1 – 3 years’ experience within a retail sales environment.   • Procurement Specialist

    We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to support the delivery of efficient, compliant and value‑driven procurement activities across the organisation. This role is responsible for supporting the full procurement lifecycle, from supplier onboarding and sourcing through to contract administration, purchase order management and process improvement. Working closely with Finance, Accounts Payable and key business stakeholders, the Procurement Specialist contributes to strong governance, effective supplier relationships and the continuous enhancement of the Procure‑to‑Source (P2S) process.
