As a Renewal Sales Representative, you will help drive revenue growth by managing renewals and actively prospecting for new opportunities. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships while consistently meeting engagement and prospecting targets. Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by proactively managing customer renewals, re-engaging lapsed customers, and identifying new business opportunities, while educating customers on licensing options and consolidations to ensure timely renewals. Prepare accurate quotes, follow up on purchase orders, and resolve any discrepancies. Effectively manage your sales funnel by maintaining accurate CRM data, applying strong territory planning and forecasting, collaborating with sales teams to support territory and account strategy development. Contribute to local and international projects while actively supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team operations and customer engagement. Qualifications A bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience (or equivalent experience) with one year in a customer facing role is required.
