About the Role We are looking for a part‑time Store Assistant Manager to join our Galway store. You will inspire the team, create a great working atmosphere and deliver excellent customer service. Ideal candidates have retail experience and a calm, approachable demeanor under pressure. Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in managing and inspiring the team and covering the store when needed. Create an atmosphere focused on customer service, performance targets and accurate stock processes. Take a hands‑on approach to all operational and commercial activities. Ensure the security of the store by following procedures, keyholding and encouraging others to comply.
