    As a Group Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of the Cliste Marketing Studio, responsible for coordinating marketing activities across a portfolio of hotels and hospitality businesses. Cliste Marketing Studio is an in-house agency for our portfolio of owned businesses and clients, and your role as such will be similar to that of an Account Manager in an agency. You will work closely with the General Managers (GMs) of each business, to ensure that marketing aligns with their business needs and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Act as the account manager for a set of hotels and businesses within Cliste Hospitality. Be the main marketing point of contact for a portfolio of hotels and brands, coordinating with each brand’s General Manager on their business needs. Ensure effective collaboration & communication with each GM, through building strong relationships with them and building a strong knowledge of their specific business Develop and execute marketing campaigns for each hospitality business, inclusive of campaigns promoting rooms, restaurants, spas, fitness clubs, and wedding venues. Ensure campaigns align to briefs provided by the Marketing Directors, and that timelines are met, and budgets respected. Secure advertising space in newspapers, magazines, radio, and podcasts through media relationship building. Use data-based decision making to ensure media partners chosen align with your brand’s customer personas and the specific goals of each campaign Manage all in-property marketing collateral, including signage, totems, digital screens, in-room brochures, flyers, and pop-ups. Ensure delivery and positioning of these on-site aligns to marketing campaign dates and drive maximum customer awareness. Write and upload website landing pages for any new experiences, offers, or business changes for your set ofbrands. Update all pricing, contact details, and factual information on each brand’s website in line with experiences available on-site to customers. Provide the Digital Team with an annual and monthly contentcalendar so they can plan ahead for site optimisation and Ad alignment. Create, capture, and upload content for your brands’ key campaigns to our social media distribution platform to support the Digital Team when required, aligned to their SoMe guidelines Collaborate with the Commercial Team, PR Team, and the Digital Team to ensure your 360 roll-out of campaigns aligns to their streams’ strategies (Product-price-placement, PR-Influence, website-digital-social, owner experience, reviews etc.) Analyse and improve marketing performance for each hotel on an on-going basis by compiling all data for each of your brands that is required in Group Monthly Reports, GM Monthly Reports, and campaign-specific reports. Deliver these reports in a timely manner to the Marketing Directors, along with your commentary and proposed actions for continuous improvement. Monitor the business performance of each of your brands on a weekly and daily basis (Pick-Up Reports and Weekly F&B Reports) and adjust marketing campaigns in line Ensure the annual marketing budget of your set of brands delivers a strong ROI, no leakage, and no overspends. Raising purchase orders, update budget control files in real-time, and attend monthly P&L calls to explain your marketing spends versus revenues generated to the GM and Finance Teams. Conduct competitor and market data analysis, including Go To Market competitor strategies, analysis of their campaign performance and media strategies, to develop counter strategies. Develop hotels’ annual business plans for Fitness Clubs, Weddings, Spa, and Restaurant, in conjunction with each hotel’s General Manager, Cluster Revenue Manager, and Commercial Team Liaise with your counter-part Cluster Revenue Manager on a day-to-day basis to deliver the Rooms marketing strategy outlined in Annual Business Plans, setup rooms packages on websites, and continuously updateprices on all marketing channels in line with current revenue rates Coordinate on a quarterly basis to gather all required details and pricing of offers that are outlined in Annual Business Plans for your brands’ Restaurants, Cafes, Fitness Clubs, Weddings, and Spas.
