Opening and closing procedures of the Kitchen. Maintaining a high level of personal and operative hygiene. Adhering to Food Hygiene and HACCP systems already in place. To assist in other sections of the Kitchen when required. Candidates need to meet the following criteria: - Have 3rd level qualification.
