We are currently looking to hire a Bartender to join our existing team. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Bartender and ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of mixology, a passion for creating unique and innovative cocktails. Responsibilities To operate the Till system effectively. To maintain your station in a clean and tidy condition at all times. To carry-out mise en place for service, ensuring it is sufficient to allow for the required standard of service, i.e. setting tables, stocking stations, preparing tea / coffee etc. To correctly clear, polish and store crockery, cutlery and glassware to minimise breakages and loss, while maintaining standards. To correctly take orders to the Heritage standard maximising and promoting sales by recommending products where appropriate. JOB PURPOSE To be responsible for guests needs in respect of all food & beverage service required in the applicable department and to maintain standards at all times. To be responsible for the supervision and direction of all food & beverage colleagues. To uphold the standards and ethos of the food & beverage areas. To meet and greet all guests in a courteous and professional manner. MAIN DUTIES To ensure the licensing laws are adhered to at all times. To be responsible for the supervision, training and development of food & beverage colleagues. To be fully familiar with the Departmental SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) and Preferred Standards ensuring all colleagues are trained in same.
