  • The role: The 4* Gleneagle Hotel has exciting opportunity for Food & Beverage Assistant to join our newest restaurant, Fiadh. If you love working in a guest facing role, engaging with our guests, do your best work as part of a tight knit team, and relish the challenge of a buzzing and fast paced environment then this role is for you. Working hours will be accommodation of straight and split shifts. This role will suit someone with previous experience in Food and Beverage service who is looking to join a very progressive hotel group where learning, development and career progression are key to who we are. Over 95% of our supervisors come from internal promotions and we look to promote internally first. The role we have is full time but we are open to talking to you if you are looking for part time work or flexible hours over 7 days. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality treatments and exceptional customer service.   • Senior Audio-Visual Technician  

    - Killarney

    The 4* Gleneagle INEC Arena are currently looking for an experienced Senior Audio-Visual Technician to join the INEC Technical Team as we expand the team in advance of a full calendar of business tourism and entertainment events for the remainder of 2024 and across 2025. Reporting to the INEC Production Manager and based in Killarney this role will work closely with multiple teams across sales, production, operations, design, and video, provide technical services onsite and support sales and production teams. Who we Are: The Gleneagle Group including the INEC Arena runs multiple venues across its sites. Since 2017 the group has completely upgraded its AV systems across all its venues. State of the art lighting, sound and video systems are now available for clients to use anywhere on-site. These systems are managed by a highly skilled in-house technical team. Main Responsibilities: Providing Audio-Visual expertise & support to INEC productions. Your day to day will include event setup, operation, derig and pre-production, technical planning, logistics, client interaction, stagecraft, and crew management. Lead by example, sharing knowledge with the team to enhance their skills and knowledge. Passion and drive for innovation of new technology - you thrive on researching the latest advancements in production possibilities. Develop and document new workflows and technical processes as required and integrate these within the Technical and Production teams. We have significant revenue growth planned for the next two years, and this role will be front and centre on achieving this growth target and a key driver of technical development, training and innovation. Experience & Qualifications 10 year's events experience in one or more areas across Audio, Visual, Lighting, Streaming and Stagecraft, and specialist knowledge in additional industry disciplines is advantageous. Communicating clearly and professionally with a variety of stakeholders - Crew, Clients, Production, Venues. Naturally pro-active, inspiring change and operational improvements.
