  • Lead project-based agile teams that will deliver the framework for the Service delivery teams to be successful in all Financial Planning & analysis (FP&A) activities. That covers Unit Case Sales, Concentrate Shipments, Revenues, Deductions, DME, Commercial Finance, System Economics, Customer P&Ls, COGS, Opex, Capex, Working Capital, etc. The work will be on a project basis within the broad FP&A spectrum. This role will lead and optimize the FP&A processes and thus set the framework for the FP&A service delivery teams to operate within with a clear end-to-end view. This role leads on a project-base small agile teams and is part of the Global FP&A transformation team of 10 Company associates. The role will be networked with the different OU & Corporate Service Delivery teams, the Operating Units, the Centre and other areas of Financial Services including DAR and Genpact. What You’ll Do For Us The role drives process development, simplification, standardization and automation for all end-to-end FP&A activities in order to optimize the FP&A Service delivery by the different OU & Corporate Service Delivery teams. Through a team of KO associates in strong collaboration with primarily the different OU & Corporate Service delivery teams. Foster relationships and partnerships with Centre, OU stakeholders, and Genpact. Ensures optimization of all FP&A Service delivery activities. Works with OU & Corporate Service delivery teams and other stakeholders to prioritize work activities and initiatives appropriately.
