This position will report to the Senior Operations Director and is expected to play a key role as a member of the Coca‑Cola Ballina Wider Management Team. Key Responsibilities Direct and lead a team of Shift Managers to consistently deliver results in line with or better than Business Plan commitments. Skills And Experience Third Level qualification to a Diploma or Degree level in a Science or Engineering discipline. Experience in a manufacturing environment with a people management experience in a people focused, team‑based environment. Possess excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution and problem‑solving skills with demonstrated ability to motivate and coach others to achieve results. Comfortable working in a team based, matrixed, ambiguous environment. Experience on TPM or Lean Manufacturing tools. Experience in Change Management. Certification in Lean Manufacturing an advantage. Excellent analytical, decision making, planning and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple conflicting demands and to prioritise accordingly. High level of PC literacy.
