    Chef De Partie The Brandywell is a family run restaurant offering the best of Irish food, tradition and hospitality. We are an award-winning restaurant that has an excellent reputation for home cooked cuisine. We are delighted to be welcoming applications for an experienced Chef De Partie. Location: Dromod, Co. Leitrim. Salary: €35k €40k DOE 40 hours per week over 4 days. Key Responsibilities Working on the grill to a high standard, dealing with a high quantity of orders Be fully familiar with the menu Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion while ensuring dishes leaving the kitchen are prepared to the approved standard for presentation Avoid unnecessary wastage, observe proper portion planning and control and to act in a cost effective, responsible manner Ensure excellent food hygiene practice is observed in the entire food chain from storage through to preparation and service Ensure HACCP compliance within the kitchen Skills/Requirements Grill Experience required Must have experience in a fast-paced kitchen Must be able to work and control the pass HACCP trained is a requirement
