The Ashling Hotel is currently recruiting for a Reservations Manager to join the team. Duties will include: Maximising rooms revenue using agreed yield management procedures Up to date local knowledge and trends .Ensure all reservations are inputted correctly Communication of guest requests and needs to the relevant departments . Production daily , weekly and monthly reports as required Day to day Management and leadership of the reservations team The successful candidate will have Proven track record in Reservations Management position a busy hotel environment Knowledge of local market Experience with OPERA Cloud or similar. Fluent spoken and written English Be legally eligible to work in Ireland Full Time Skills: Reservations PMS Opera People Skills guest relations
