Reporting into the Head of Ireland, the Finance Business Partner provides timely accurate financial information, ensures that the Company’s profitability is assured and assets are protected, as well as providing financial analysis and support to the General Manager and Management Team.
This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to be in the Dublin office 3 days per week.
What you’ll do:
Timely Management Accounts, within 2/3 working days
Co-ordinate all results with Group Finance function
Annual Budget Preparation and Forecasts
Accruals / liabilities reviewed monthly (with limited Fixed Asset prep)
Carry out business unit reviews, including contract reviews of projects
Provide General Manager and Management with financial analysis to support business decisions
Prepare Annual Corporation Tax returns and assist with bi-monthly VAT/ other returns
Prepare CSO returns for both countries
Prepare Monthly WEEE returns, Annual reports for WEEE, Quarterly Carbon Reports
Co-ordinate monthly salary payment by consolidating OT call out - hours and preparation of motor Vehicle and Health insurance BIK, monthly salary preparation and payment of P30.
Preparation of monthly Commission reports
Invoicing and Oracle funding of invoices and preparation of all recurring invoices.
Who you are:
You are a qualified finance professional with strong experience in management accounting and business partnering within a commercial environment. You have excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn financial data into clear insights that support decision‑making.
Key Requirements:
Strong management accounting experience (monthly accounts, budgets, forecasts)
Ability to analyse financial data and explain what it means for the business
Good understanding of tax, VAT, and regulatory reporting
High attention to detail (especially for reporting and compliance work)
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Experience with payroll‑related inputs (benefits, overtime, commissions)
Ability to handle statutory reporting (CSO, WEEE, carbon reporting)
Qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA are desirable
