The suitable candidate will work remotely as a Solution Architect, understanding customer business requirements, converting these into Business Central solution options and explaining how their requirements map to a standard or customised solution. Responsibilities The role of Senior Solution Architect holds a pivotal position in ensuring the successful delivery of solutions to our customers. This role encompasses evaluating customer needs, facilitating client workshops, documenting customer requirements, and executing the implementation of Business Central/NAV at client locations. It also involves providing continuous customer training and support. Qualifications and experience Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central consultancy, including familiarity with the latest versions. Strong analytical abilities to understand requirements and convert them into practical solutions. Proficiency with IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Power BI and Jet Reports is advantageous. NAV/Business Central Certified Professional with demonstrable commercial experience in a Solution Architecture role. Demonstrable experience in leading Business Central implementations. Proven track record in Professional Services industries/implementations. Experience leveraging Dynamics 365 Microsoft Power Platform to meet client requirements. Background in Business Central/NAV development (desirable). Proficiency in creating comprehensive documentation. Ability to thrive under pressure, work well in a team or independently, and meet deadlines. Strong client-facing skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Confidence and prior experience in software demonstrations. Willingness to go the extra mile with resourcefulness and enthusiasm. Understanding of business dynamics, deadlines, and client requirements. Effective workload and time management to adhere to deadlines. Education Relevant third level qualification in Business or IT advantageous but not essential. Relevant functional and technical accreditations highly desirable.
